Also whats the legal age for smoking tobacco products?

They have some very trendy places to shop at Plaza La Isla, Kakulkan Plaza in the hotel zone. Or you have Walmart downtown and the flee markets.
You can smoke at any age. They won't card you.

why would you go to cancun to shop at american outlets? They have many places but I dont recall see'ing those there..They have a Sams club there so you may find some oakleys...You can smoke at any age here...
