Anyone been to Cancun during the 4th of July? |
Travel Info A few of my roomates and I are thinking about going to Cancun during the 4th Of July, anyone know what's it like out there during that time? thanks Travel Tips You will still find it busy, stay on the strip at a more popular hotel like the Oasis or the RIU and you won't be disappointed. Have fun http://www.cancuniversity.com =) Others Some resorts are actually packed during that time.need help i can get you a good deal. email for more details. quincy@dynamicdestinationsinc.... Just like any other day. Why should it be any different? It's Mexico. July 4th means nothing to them Its hot and plane tickets can be expensive.....Also I hope you all have passports you cant fly without them....Besides that it also may be raining..But it is nice....take suntan lotion It will be very warm and not as crowded as spring break. 4th of July means nothing to Mexico so don't expect fire works. Have a great time s That week ans subsequent weekend Will be a little busier than usual, but I doubt that it will be noticed. Cancun stays over 95% hotel room occupancy in the summer, but it is designed for that. Do not expect any special celebrations or nothing. At the most some hotels, and bars might have some special meal or party, but that is it. Flys and hotels will be expensive, but probably no more than any other summer day. Cancun is fun any time and there is plenty to do for everybody. If you want to relax, go sightseeing to ruins, and stuff try to stay around Tulum. If you want shopping, party and restaurants, stay close at Cancun. if you want a little more eclectic crowd, stay around Playa del Carmen. All places from Cancun to Tulum have awesome beaches and water. |
