How can I find my tour guide, Oscar, from Costa Maya through Explora Caribe?

He was our tour guide on the "Highlights" tour by open air tractor/bus vehicle and he said he lives in Cancun. I sent an email to Explora Caribe (his employer), but nobody returned it.

Unfortunatley if they haven't responded you may be out of luck, one thing that may help you is join a forum at http://www.tripadvisor.com and maybe someone is heading there who can rely your email or try calling them.
