Has anyone stayed at this resort in Cancun? |
Travel Info I am planning a trip to Cancun and I want to stay at THE ROYAL CANCUN - A *REAL* RESORT - not Solaris - has anyone stayed at the Real Resorts - Royal Cancun?? any tips or complaints?? Travel Tips Yes, the Royal is very nice, there is also a Royal in Playa Del Carmen. Many people stay a few days in Cancun and then move down to Playa and stay a while, much more laid back area and I like the town much better. Cancun has a tourist and Club atmosphere and Playa is like a small town, bar atmosphere. They are only 40 miles apart. You may want to check out the Royal in Playa, it is 5 miles away from Xcaret and closer to Tulum and Xel-Ha. Playa is directly across from Cozumel.
