Travel Tips If you go into the markets then yes, people will call out "come into my shop" and things like that but a simple "no gracias" works fine if you are not interested. If you stay in the upscale malls then no. Generally, walking around in the hotel zone you won't be bothered. Don't get worked up about it, you're on holiday. Relax, remember "no gracias". Here let's practice: Shop owner: "Hola, come into my shop" You: "No gracias." Shop owner: "You want silver? I have silver?" You: "No gracias." Shop owner: "Tequila?, T-Shirts?"
