Is the Royal Sands resort in Cancun Mexico strict on serving alcohol to people under 18? Any reviews too? |
Travel Info I'm going on vacation to Cancun in Feb. 2008 and I wanted to know if the Royal Sands resort in Cancun was strict on serving alcohol to minors because i know the legal drinking age there is 18, but in most places it is not inforced. Are the pools heated? i read somewhere that they werent but someone i know that went there said that they were. And if you have any reviews of the resort please share it too. Travel Tips I'm guessing that if you are under 18 you are traveling with your parents and the bigger question IS are your parents going to allow you to drink even if they would allow it? Honestly most places now yes are very strict and I have been carded In Mexico, so it isn't so much as before the place to just go and who cares your age you can drink alcohol. You don't HAVE to drink to have fun! As far as heated pools, you don't want one there because well they don't need them due to the temps. being so warm. |
