Travel Info Has anyone ever done the excursion at Isla Mujeres in Cancun, any suggestions ? Travel Tips I have been to Mujeres and it is absolutely worth the trip. Rent a golf cart and take off to see the island, experience the culture and shop the shops...On the North end of the island is a resort called Avalon reef, it is really cool. On the South end of the island is a nature preserve. So, ride the bus to Puerto Juarez (thats a dollar) and take the ferry (about $5 each) over to Isla Mujeres (the island of women) and enjoy a day Others i have never but would like We went to Dolphin Discovery on Isla Mujeres and it was a lot of fun. We didn't have time to see the rest of the island, but I could tell it was beautiful. |
