Where to go in Catalunya to go cycling and enjoy the outdoors?

I'm searching for a nice place to go hiking and cycling this coming May in Catalunya and I'm going mad looking at so many websites - it seems everyplace is so nice - if you have been there so tell me about the fantastic places you've visted, thanks!

Travel Tips
There are lots of places but it all depends on your abilities.

The Pyrenees and Montseny are great but I can also recommend inland from Tarragona..Scala Dei and the Sierras around Prades.

Try cycling around Barcelona on Sunday morning.

For wimps there is the promenade from Salou to Cambrills. Source(s): Being a Wimp, I have driven there.
