Thereare no trains from Chennai to shirdi. Shirdi is not even connected well with Mumbai. Board Ahmedabad bound Navjeevan express, alight at Jalgaon and from there any train to Mumbai will get you to NAsik Rd. Alight here and catch a taxi to Shirdi. Approx. 2.5 hrs drive.
