Travel Info i am going for a holiday in chennai, yercurd,madurai and kanyakumari plz tell me the local temperature that is it cold or hot so that i can pack my clothes and sweater Travel Tips Chennai is a horrible place - for 11 months it is hot from 35 to 40 deg. c. Now it is supposed to be rainy season and somewhat better. Other places - Yer-curd - Best weather - Madurai and kanyakumari Tolerably good. I think you are coming from West and you will not require sweater. It is enough you take a blanket only for use in night if needed.
