Travel Info i need the train numbers and the name of the trains that i could take to reach shirdi-the birth place of saibaba in india Travel Tips I dont know the train numbers. You can find them at indianrail.gov.in... Route Chennai - Pune - Kopargaon and then by bus to Shirdi Cheers, Rohit Others catch any train to come to pune and then take trains for nashik if not comfortable with re changing then take a bus or jeep for nashik and the go to shirdi. it will give u wide variety to come there There is no direct train. Take train, up to Manmad. Any Mumbai train should go. From their Jeep or Taxi, will go to Shirdi. For train details: http://www.irctc.com There is a train from Egmore to Ahmadabad via Hubli, Ahmadnagar, shridi Road , Manmad, Jalgoan, Surat, Vapi, Godhra finally to Ahmadabad. Catch this train, alight at shridi Road (hope I am right) else get down at Ahmadnagar or Manmad equal distnce from Shridi (about 50 Kms). Shridi is in Southcentral railway. Manmad is in Central Railway. The same train passes thro' Pandalpur Road, nearest station to pandaripuram famous krishna temple. |
