I stay in USA. I would like to hear the programmes at the music festival going on at Chennai

it is unlikely u can hear downloads directly.however if u get jaya TV channel over there u can hear their music programs Evenings 6 to 7 pm india time.
alternatively try worldspace radio. probably they may have a hook up .even star vijay was relaying some programs evenings 6 to 6.30 india time.
