L1B interview is at Chennai and the travel is an official trip for me.
My family is accompanying me as dependents.

If you are comitted for a long-time project surely ur wife will also get the dependent visa. Mostly interviewer may be the american, they know the value of living and the value of a kid than us...so surely they will give visa for ur wife too. If suppose ur wife's visa get cancelled means just explain them without u she can't stay alone here and the parent of both of ur sides are older so they can't take care on her...just explain them politely; don't argue with them, they will understand u and stamp her a visa, Don't worry. But onething already she is 7 months pls check whether she is able to fly during that time, is that safe...check with the doctor...anything could happen at anytime we should be aware of anything...All the best |
