Do i get darshan slip-ticket for tirupati in Delhi for the coming month of September 2007? |

You got to check when they start and when they come back. Ideally you will be paying some amount and pre book a time slot so that based on ur arrival you directly go and join the queue nearer to the God. And you see him in 2 hours time from when you stand. Enquire in detail in TTD. ya for darshan u may collect the ticket from venkateshwara college delhi on which the time of darshana is displayed.you should reach tirumala well beofre the time given and join the queue.the best timings to do darshan is morning.but then it all depends what time u r alloted on the ticket.do ensure to get the booking done from delhi only.I would suggest you take a train directly to tirupati that is 2708 AP SMPRK KRANTI.you have the ticket so just take a government ttdc(tirumala tirupati devasthanam) bus from the bus stand of tirupati which have an excellent service every half hourly.the fare is only 12 rs.the bus reaches in around 45 mins.so board the bus well before the time alloted to u on the darshan ticket that u collect from venkateshwara college.the other option is to take a chennai bound train/flight.go to tamilnadu tourism office.take a package to tirupati which costs arnd 1000 rs that includes going to tirumala,darshan meals and a few other temples.the bus starts early morn and comes by late evening back to chennai.the package is just wonderful.the only thing is u shd make bookings for package atleast some days in advance. |
