Travel Tips YES - In VELACHERRY definitely you will get a good accommodation of 2 BHK just below 6000 or 7000. The area is good and calm. Only problem is during Heavy monsoon, which is very unlikely in Chennai every year, the area will be flooded. Otherwise it is better than Guindy and you can easily get a flat/house.- Source(s): - Other Travel Tips U will surely get it. Velacherry is more calm & better than guindy as it is a center place & very crowded. You can go through newspaper advts. eg. The Hindu ,Saturday Edition featuring "Property Plus". You can even browse the online edition.Beware of brokers. the rate is reasonable, but I dont own a house in this locality ;) There are a few 2/3 bed room new flats available for rent in 5000-6000 range about 2 Kms from Nandambakkam Trade centre at Mznzpakkam river view road(adj. to IAS/IPS colony) |
