You must know the fact that among the four metros Mumbai, Kolkotta, New Delhi and Chennai, it is Chennai which is the smallest city of 173 sq.kms (metropolitan area) having the highest population density as 32500 persons per sq.km! So, its really going explode in population in a couple of decades, so the measure is proposed! Others Yes,but not yet final. In Chennai we got two airport one is for domestic and another for international.
