Contact the main HQ and ask about franchise possibilities. I don't think they franchise their operations, thought. I think all of them are owned by one guy and he maintains all of them. It's not like McDonald's, which is a nationwide operation. If you want to run a chicken shack, start your own. Actually, I didn't think they franchised Harold's outside of chicago or gary either, but there is a Harold's chicken in Dallas, TX. It is the only one outside of the Chicago area.
