Travel Info Im 28 with girlfriend whos 26. Renting the first year Travel Tips Not sure what you're asking... do you want to know the best neighborhoods to live in or just what the different neighbohoods are? Anyway, here are some links to different websites that list the different neighborhoods in the city, where they're located, and a little bit about them. Hope it helps. Source(s): http://www.chicagohome.com/neighborhoodm... http://yochicago.com/magazine/city-neigh... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/category:ch... http://www.chicagosbest.org/chicago_neig... Other Travel Tips Humboldt Park. Englewood Washington Park Calumet Cicero Try-dat. Lombard is just aboult 30-45 min. away from the city and it is a great town! Different neighborhoods: http://neighborhoods.chicago.il.us/... Reviews: http://chicago.citysearch.com/ http://metromix.chicagotribune.com/dinin... Public Transport: http://www.transitchicago.com/ I've lived in the Goldcoast (beautiful skyscrapers, Oprah, Sammy Sosa, stores, restaurants, etc) and Lincoln Park (more like Boston with brownstones and townhouses) and I recommend both of those areas. There's been a lot of renovation, but younger people tend to live in River North, Wrigleyville, Lakeview. Andersonville and Lincoln Park. None of them are cheap. |
