Travel Info Has anyone been to the hospital where ER is filmed? Just to check it out....? Travel Tips lol its a set at Warner Brothers in LA... i know cause i was there. It was a sunny day, but that had it set up as a snowing day in Chicagie. BTW, if you visit LA, you can do the tour and see that set. Source(s): been there, done that. Other Travel Tips ER is filmed in a sound stage in hollywood , not in a real hospital. yea...not a real hopsital sorry. But there is some really great other stuff to do in Chicago! I don't think they taped ER in a real hospital. I think that would be against violation or something?? I personally would NOT want to be at a hospital while they are filming a tv show or a movie. But yeah, I don't think they were in a real hospital. i am pretty sure that a real hospital would be far to busy saving real lives to enterain a tv show filmimng there for years. most tv shows are shot on sets. Some shots are filmed in Chicago. But yeh. Hollywood can make anything seem real. |
