I am also from the Chicago area, and now live in Madison, and I find Madison to be a great town to live in with a lot more to offer than people think. There are bigger cities that don't have a grouping. But Madison and Milwaukee can be kind of lumped in with Chicago (because they are easier to get to from the city than some of its suburbs). But there should at least be a "Wisconsin" grouping. Others Small college town and any town you can drive thru in 5 minutes really isn't a major town. Good question, they don't even have any big cities in Minnesota......Like St.Paul. Have you been to Madison Wisconsin? I lived in Mad City for a summer. While I sympathize w/ your sentiment, I think we'd need to add places like Rockford or Worcester or Hartford or Providence as cities of note. Can only add so many, I guess. I concur....Suburban Chicago native I used to fish at Lake Wabesa and Lake Kegonsa. Madison was home to Pro Wrestling Great "Seaman" Art Thomas! |
