Can you help me with my chicago history fair thesis statement? |
Travel Info my topic is our lady of angels fire ...the fire that happened in chicago to that school who caught on fire. i need help with making a powerful thesis statement...can anyone help? Travel Tips This year's topic is "Triumph and Tragedy." The tragedy is evident in the 95 children and nuns killed and the triumph could be that the fire codes were changed as a result of the tragedy. Some of the code however was ignored. Sprinkler systems were ordered to be installed in all schools and regular monthly fire drills were mandated. Because of cost restraints few old schools installed the sprinklers. All new schools have such systems. There are still hundreds of schools that pre-date 1958 that are lacking these systems. Few schools have monthly drills...another tragedy waiting to take place. I would tie in this warning...that it could happen again.
