Well, the problem with Rush Street and Division is that it tends to attract tourists, not true Chicago types, and isn't the hottest areas for young singles - however, if you really want to hang around that area, you might consider Tavern on Rush. Failing that, I'd try places like Elm Street Liquors, Bella Lounge, and Whisky Sky - all of them not far away, and much more popular with the really hot girls of Chicago.

Rush street is for hard-core drinking, so pick any bar, hang out for a few hours. After pounding down a few, ALL of them will look like the hottest chicks to you.
