Travel Info Anyone know of any good metal/rock bars in Chicago? Travel Tips the exit on north ave is a great punk bar and they do have rock nights. i would also check out the diversey rock and bowl. it is a bowling alley, but they used to have a club and they play awesome rock music. joe's bar on weed street also features good live bands as do the beat kitchen and the big horse lounge which is located next to the double door. and the elbo room features local original acts. if you want actual concerts, then check out the metro, aragon, double door, and the house of blues.
