Has anyone ever stayed at the Chicago City Centre Hotel located at 300 E. Ohio St.?

I've stayed at some pretty expensive hotels in Chicago for some very expensive prices but this hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel and the rate is almost unbelievable. Any feedback is appreciated.
