Traveling the Dan Ryan xpressway to the Chicago Skyway around midnight?

I want to take the Dan Ryan to The Chicago Skyway (I90) to the Indiana Tollway. I will traveling through around midnight-1a.m. Will this be possible or should I take the 294 route around Chicago

Take the Dan Ryan. During the evening the construction will have stopped and it'll be a straight shot.

I just got home this afternoon from a 2-day trip to Chicago. Whatever you do, plan plenty of time to get anywhere. Every time we turned around, we got stuck in traffic. But the good thing is that the traffic kept moving. Good luck!

Take 294. If you get on the Skyway and its a crawl, you are stuck.
