What's the cheapest way to store a car in Chicago? |
Travel Info I want to buy a 2nd car, but I'm moving to the Chicago suburbs where I am limited to one parking space at the apartment. Where can I store the 2nd car cheaply? I'd prefer a secure location or at least an upscale neighborhood where crime is not a problem. It depends on what suburb you are moving to. There are some where I would have no hesitation actually just parking it on the street (if it is legal in that suburb...) However, there are some places I wouldn't dare... When we moved here we asked our apartment complex where they would suggest parking our car. They gave us a couple of names of places that own secure, locked lots in our area... You could ask your new landlord. chicago resident |
