What are some chicago suburbs that have newer (80s, 90s) suburban glass ofice towers?

i know of oak brook terrace, schaumburg and itasca. are there any others with post-modern corporate office parks and towers?

Most of them, actually. Almost every corporate park dates to about that era. Two of the biggest developments are in Naperville and Hoffman Estates.

Evanston
Hoffman Estates and Elgin
Rosemont. Definitely. The late mayor there wanted to build up that area SO bad. He was jonesing for a casino so he tried to build up the area and make it seem hip and moders. You can see most of them riding on the el train to and from O'Hare.
