I'd probably guess Eddie Murphy.
Tough one. Eddie Murphy has been in a lot of money-making (but crappy movies). Dan Ackroyd (sp?) has a stake in the House of Blues which has venues around the country, so he might be pulling in some money. Mike Myers has the whole Shrek/Austin Powers monopoly. Not sure who's on top, but I know it ain't that Deuce Bigelow guy...
How about Larry David creator of Seinfeld, he was a write for the show, he is probably worth 300 million or so...
My guess would be Adam Sandler. Not only has he parlayed his comedy into many hit movies, but he also has a production company called Happy Madison. His comedy has ranged from what we normally expect from Adam (ex. Waterboy), to more comedic, romantic fare such as Click or Spanglish. I believe he has the most money.
