Is anyone familiar with River Trails Condominiums in Prospect Heights, IL?

If anyone is familiar with the area, please drop me a line to explain the condition of the complex, what the area is like, convenience, etc. Is it clean and safe? If there is a website for the complex that would be great. Thanks

There is no web site as far as I know.

i used to own a condo there couple of years ago. The condos are nice and safe there is security driving around all the time. The only bad thing is the parking passes, if you have anybody visit you , you have to fill one out. If you go over your limit you have to buy more. There is a strip mall right there and it is ok. Palatine road is next to it and that takes you right to the x pressway. The surrounding area with the rental apartments north of the complex has some shady people living there but I never encountered a problem. Source(s): http://www.piotrwolodkowicz.com...
