I have to pick someone up at midway airport in chicago. where can i meet them, at the gate? |
Travel Info i never picked up anyone from midway before. can i go to the gate, or do they stop you at security. then where do i tell the person to meet me. there coming in on delta Travel Tips The baggage claim area is best. Others Tell them to meet you at baggage pickup. Go to the Delta information desk and ask them for the Baggage Claim area number that your friend's baggage will be coming off at. You will need to wait for them there. http://www.mytravelscenes.com you'll want to follow signs to "arrivals." you're not supposed to stop and wait for passengers, but you could get away with it for a few minutes. otherwise, you'll be driving in a loop until you see your friend on the curb. it's not too bad, but it's best if you can communicate location by cell phone. i think the doors are marked with numbers or something.... The best place is as they exit the security area. ALL passengers exit the same place. The baggage claim area is too haphazard. Go to the arrivals terminals which is the baggage claim area and look for Delta airlines sign....... |
