What are the advantages and disadvantages of living in Yorkville, Illinois? |
Travel Info I am interested in relocating to the United City of Yorkville in the future.What are the advantages and disadvantages of living in Yorkville and what does the United City of Yorkville have to offer for its residents? Travel Tips I lived near Yorkville at one point...Sugar Grove. The advantages are that the housing costs are cheaper than in many of the other suburbs. Yorkville is growing. They have a new Jewel, a new Menards. Fast food is starting to pop up there. There used to only be a McDonalds, a BK, and a Taco Bell/KFC. Subway is there now along with Wendy's. Club 47 is a nice little gym. The city is growing so I would expect home values to increase there. It is out of the way and the pace of life is slower.
