I live in pa. I would check out. Palmerton, Slatington, Lehighton, Fogelsville, Emmaus, Jim Thorpe, Lansdale. To start. I live in Allentown and there is crime here but not in the surrounding cities. Some of these cities are about 1 hour away. Parts of allentown are good with mid upper class living. It's just downtown Allentown that's not so great.

Pa. is a huge state. I lived in Philly and Jersey. Can you be a little more specific as to what part of the state you would like to live?
