Yes, there is a mini golf course on Navy Pier. There is also a course in Grant Park as well (about a 15-20 min walk from Navy Pier). It costs $8 in Grant Park. Sorry I have not played at either one before though. Hope this helps! Source(s): http://www.navypier.com/things2do/rides_...

Last time I went there it had one. It looked pretty small though.
I dont think they do, but then again I havent been in a few years. Give them a call and find out.
