Travel Info Last year you were able to pre-purchase tickets for the taste of Chicago, but with Dominicks closing, I don't know. Does anyone have any ideas if there will be pre-tickets, and if so where can they be bought? Travel Tips Here's a link to the Mayor's Office of Special Events. http://egov.cityofchicago.org/city/webpo... It gives you lots of information. The Taste runs from June 29th to July 8th this year. You can get tickets at Dominick's. A lot of locations have closed though. If the one you usually go to you can go here http://www.dominicks.com/storelocator.as... Tickets are sold in strips of 11 for $5.50. You can also get them at the Taste so don't worry if you can't find an open Dominick's. Also, they do accept credit cards at the Taste when you buy tickets. Have fun! Others Dominicks didn't close. It was sold to another natinonal company, but they're still open. Food tickets go on sale June 21-28 at Dominicks, and you get a discount if you use a Fresh Values card. http://egov.cityofchicago.org/city/webpo...
