Abandoned buildings in the Chicago area?

Travel Info
I love abandoned and run-down buildings; I think they're so cool-looking and interesting. I was wondering if anyone know of any in the Chicago area, and some details (like the exact location?) on it? I'd love to go check some out.

Travel Tips
Be Careful it is quite dangerous. Most abandoned buildings are in bad neighborhoods or there are homeless people living in them. However my favorite is Dixie square mall in Harvey they destroyed half of it but there is still alot there. To read about it go to

Be careful don't leave your car for any reason.
Others
I live in Chicago but I would never tell you where to go to see that. They are dangerous. Not only because most have no stability but there are horrible people living there. Squatters take over and they will kill you just for the shoes you are wearing. Want something fun to do on Chicago?? Go to Navy Pier at night and ride the Ferris Wheel.
