Hey! How can I get from Chicago O'Hare to Cedar Point by means of public transport? |
Travel Info Are there any domestic flights? Should I take train or bus? Thx Travel Tips You can take a Greyhound bus to the Sandusky Terminal on US 250 south of Bogart Road. You can then call Cruisin City taxi service at 419-625-7955 or Best Bet Shuttle 419-656-3647 (I recommend them). You could also fly to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport then pick up a Greyhound to Sandusky and follow the above directions. Also, Cruisin does airport runs so they may be able to come pick you up from the Airport. If no one answers at the first number you can call 419-625-7988, that's the limo side of the business. Check it out. Hope you have a great time. I love Cedar Point! Your best bet is to take the Blue line (Chicago's public transit) from O'Hare into the city. Then you should take a Greyhound bus from Chicago to Sandsky, OH (where Cedar Point is located). There is a Blue line stop on Halsted/Grand/Milwaukee which shouldn't be too far from the Greyhound stations (I think it's 630 W. Harrison). Word of caution though, Greyhounds are not nice and the Greyhound station in Chicago is in a rough area, so be careful and avoid at night. I know you can take a bus. I am pretty sure the train would run through Sandusky, too. Cleveland is about an hour or so away from Cedar Point so why don't you fly there. Try megabus.com |
