Depends on what you mean by "urban wear". If you mean stuff like Sean Jean, etc., not sure. You have to hunt for the deals. I'd look in places like Marshalls or TJ Maxx. I've seen stuff in there and it's marked down well below the original price.

If you mean funky clothes where you create your own look, try Ragstock on Belmont Ave. near Clark Street. You have to enter in the alley, but it has a lot of inexpensive clothes that are kinda cool Source(s): http://www.ragstock.com/
