You're experiencing the 17 year locus (cicadas) out break..last three or four weeks and they'll die out . They just annoy heck out of you but they'll go away on their own.

Winter and Fall they are quiet. I have them in my back yard and I HATE THEM! Good Luck!
when they're done reproducing. cicadas are only a summer thing. live with it.
They should be gone by July 4th.
