Girlfriend Weekend Getaway?

My girlfriends and I are planning a weekend getaway, preferrably at a spa located in the midwest. We don't want to travel that far under 8 hours and we reside in Indiana. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Travel Tips

Go to Galena, Illinois and stay at the Ramada there with Indulge Spa. It is reasonable - not to far. Quiet city, with lots of nice shops and restaurants.

Geneva, Illinois is cute except dont get massages or nails done at anasa spa it sucks...go to Tranquility Day spa in st charles it s cute! Or you could go to new buffalo michigan it is adorable and right on the lake.
