Travel Info Beach, Bars, Piers, Cool Hotels???? Must be on the water.....Help!! Travel Tips On the corner of Michigan and Wacker you have a choice of 3 different boat tours. Wendella (the oldest), Skyline princess and the Architectural Foundation (a.k.a. the one Dave Mathews band dumped poop on). Any of those boats will take you out on a nice tour of the river and the lake. Some won't go out to the lake so double check before you buy. Wendella is west of Michigan and the other 2 are east of it. Others Well theres north avenue beach and oak street beach. Navy Pier is popular with families becuz theres something for everyone there..and while there y'all can take a lake tour on a boat.. A Cub's game at Wrigley Field, that is always a great place. If your not into that, during game time visit one of the 5-10 bars surrounding it! |
