If you have Ipass in a different car you can call the state and let them know that. Before you needed to have an ipass per car but now if your wife has the ipass and you don't you can still go thru without getting busted only thru the automatic lanes. It was very simple just call the state. Others go to the illinois tollway site...there is an address where you can mail in a payment. Call IDOT (Illinois department of transportation) for their address. I've done that before and they had me write my name, address and the make, model and color of car on a postcard and tape the toll change to it and mail it off to them. previous experience Don't worry.
