For Sure! But the main question you are going to have to ask yourself is do you want the name of living in a north suburb or the value of living in a south suburb? I have lived in both and I chose the south suburb of Mokena. It is a nice town, good schools, Chicago water, reasonable taxes, and it was only a 40 min train ride into the city where I work. An even bigger plus is that are so many good deals because of the horrible housing market that you can find a house that was $600,000 for $450,000 now. |
