yes! it is the most amazing place ever!
Yes, about 1/2 dozen times. Santiago is a remarkably cosmopolitan city and quite beautiful with nice parks -- broad boulevards (e.g. Bernardo O'Higgins) and fine restaurants. A city with a very European feel. It's definitely worth visiting.
