The cheapest way is to take the Route 2 or 3 Airport Bus from the Arrivals terminal 2 and get off at the Beijing Railway Station or International Hotel, cost Rmb 10 and then proceed to your hotel on foot. Others Not much at all. If you get a normal taxi in Beijing the starting cost is 10 yuan ( about 60p, $1.20) then the cost goes up depending on how far you go. I think it's about 45 mins from the airport to central Beijing so 拢10, $20 max is sufficient, perhaps too much.
