Favorite restaurants in ShangHai?

Travel Info
I ate at 3M on the Bund and LOVED it. I prefer eclectic food, leaning towards vegetarian. (roasted veggies, couscous, hummus, etc)
Does anyone have suggestions for lunch or dinner, upscale or casual?

Travel Tips
When I was living in Shanghai one of my favorite restaurants was Vegetarian Lifestyle 鏋e瓙鏍? This restaurant prepares meat-like dishes made entirely of tofu. I have been a vegetarian for several years and can usually tell between meat products and their imitations, but even I found it hard to believe that I was eating soy and tofu products. The imitation Beijing duck and crispy mushrooms were amazing. Two locations I know of are:

1F.No.77 Songshan Rd
鍗㈡咕鍖?宓╁北璺?77鍙?涓婃捣鐨囧鍐?
Neighborhood: Huaihai Zhong Lu

258 Fengxian Lu
闈欏畨鍖?濂夎搐璺?258鍙?(缇庣惇鎴忛櫌鏃?
Neighborhood: Jingan District

There are several more locations for this restaurant. They will give you a business card with their locations upon request.

I would also recommend the Vegeatery (Central Plaza, 381 Huaihai Zhong Lu, 3rd fl. ) and Jue Lin (瑙夋灄绱犺彍棣?50 Jinling Dong Lu (by Fujian Lu)閲戦櫟涓滆矾250鍙凤紝杩戠寤鸿矾).

Another restaurant I frequented was called Ha-ya's Mediterranean. This little restaurant is off the beaten path but it sells excellent hummus, falafel, and a variety of salads, etc. for a really good price. Although there is some meat on the menu, there is a good amount of vegetarian dishes as well. The location is near the intersection of Dagu Lu and Chengdu Beilu. Sorry I can't give a number, but I know that you can walk there from the Four Seasons hotel in that area. The owner is really nice, and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's a good place to study or read.

Of course, there are thousands of places to eat in Shanghai, but these might be worth a try..... If you're not interested, then you can always check out :
