How does China grow crawfish? |
Travel Info What do they grow it in rice water ponds?????????????? Travel Tips Crawfish (crayfish) are raised commercially in ponds in China designed for that purpose. Most are small (maybe 10 meters square) and have an aeration device to keep the oxygen content of the water high. They do not use the rice patties for this purpose now, but did in the past.
