That good to hear that u r coming to Hong Kong well Hong Kong is very nice place u can find very cheap hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui its in Kowloon you can come to Chung King Mansion for guest houses it will cast u around HK$50 to HK$80 You can go to any place in hong kong from here You can go to PEAK, Ocean Park, Disney land, you can have good massage and spa in tsim sha tsui area u can go to Mong Kok,you can go to Jordan there is a night market which starts at 6:00pm till11:30pm you can buy relay good thing like cloths glasses watches leather stuff in relay cheap prize and its cheap. i think HK$ 7,000 will be more then enough if u want to see whole hong kong with shopping.
