Travel Info Grab something and look on the back of it, I bate it say "MADE IN CHINA" Travel Tips because the labour cost in china is cheaper than in other countries Others because labor is cheap. I have friends who prefer to buy "made in America" products only.. but what does that get you? Do you want to live in a country that supplies labor or one that supplies technology, medecine and other more expensive products? The large trade deficit that America has is mainly because of China. Why do you think Wal-Mart is so successful? Chinese goods. The answer to your question is China is our biggest importer (by far). Since it is so overpopulated, people will do anything for work, including working for much less money. If you owned a business, would you rather pay people in your country money out of your own pocket to make something, or let the Chinese do it cheaper? cheap labour labor is cheaper |
