Travel Info If you had a choice would you live in Ohio or California? Travel Tips Hi Gang! I've been to every state in the country (except North Dakota) at least once. I live just outside of Cinci near the CVG airport. I vote for CALIFORNIA!!!! Hands down Cali beats Ohio, no contest what so ever. Everything that Ohio has Cali has it and it's even better. Ohio has snow, yes with very few large hills or mountains. Cali has snow and great places to ski! Ohio has farm land and so does Cali! Ohio has horses and so does Cali! Ohio has big cities with skyscrapers like Cali and big city problems too. Ohio has beaches and so does Cali. If you want to live like the Amish do, you can do that in Cali too. Ohio has nice and beautiful people and Cali has even more! Ohio has the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame but Cali is where most of the rich and famous live and build their careers. So without Cali there would be no Hall of Fame in Cleveland. However, Ohio has a lower cost of living statewide than most of California. For Example you can buy a 2500sq.ft. house with a full basement, 2 car garage, on a 1/3acre lot for only $165,000. My final answer...save your money! Live in Ohio but Love California and visit often! LOL P.S. Ohio does get smog and acid rain. The snow gets dirty real fast too. People eat smarter and live healthier in Cali.
