Is it best to take US-50 East all the way to Athens, or take OH-32 East to Athens? Or is there a totally different better way, alltogether? MAPQUEST GIVES OUTRAGEOUS, OUT-OF-THE-WAY DIRECTIONS, so please only answer this if you've traveled this way before!
Travel Tips
Take 32 east! It will take you about 4 hours driving 55 but it is the simplest and quickest route. The half way point will be route 23. Their are plenty of places to stop on the way. And if you need to stop there is town called Piketon that has gas stations, Taco Bell, Ice Cream Shoppe, and a family restaurant. Or you can wait till you get to Jackson and there is an excellent Mexican Restaurant called Toro Loco, Pizza Hut, Bob Evans, Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Sonic and Arby's and plenty of gas stations.
Oh! and watch out for state troppers between RT 23 and Jackson for some reason they are heavy through there! |
